Slow down, take a deep breath, and soak in the quiet magic of the mountains with a private yoga experience brought right to your door. At Appalachia Feel Good, we believe wellness should feel easy, natural, and deeply nourishing—just like these hills we call home.
We travel to your home, cabin, or vacation rental so your group can unwind and practice together in your own cozy space. Whether you're celebrating something special or simply craving a moment of peace, our classes are thoughtfully guided and welcoming to all experience levels. We bring the mats and everything you need—so all you have to do is show up, breathe, and enjoy.
Yoga Hikes
Start your morning with a little adventure and a lot of soul. Our Saturday Morning Yoga Hikes are three-hour guided experiences beginning at 9:00 am, held in some of the most beautiful outdoor locations around Asheville.
We’ll begin with an invigorating hike through the fresh mountain air, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. Along the way, you’ll be invited to slow your pace, take in the views, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of the land. We’ll pause along the way for a grounding outdoor yoga session—letting the stillness of the mountains settle into your body and spirit.
Farm Yoga
There’s something truly special about practicing yoga on the land, surrounded by gentle animals and open skies. Our Saturday Morning Farm Yoga classes begin at 9:30 am at the Animal Haven of Asheville, a peaceful 10-acre sanctuary tucked into the mountains.
After a heart-centered yoga class, you’ll be invited to enjoy your own private viewing of the farm animals—giving you time to connect, wander, and experience the simple joy they bring. It’s a grounding, feel-good experience that stays with you long after you leave.
