More About Our Herbal Experiences

Our intent is to share bioregional herbalism—accessible to all—through gentle herbal walks, classes, and hands-on learning rooted in relationship with the land. We honor regenerative, organic practices that support healthy ecosystems and guide how we gather, grow, and work with plants. We believe that learning directly from the plants and landscapes around us deepens respect, responsibility, and healing for both people and place.

Asheville rests in the heart of Western North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains, an Appalachian temperate rainforest shaped by abundant rain, cool mountain air, and extraordinary biodiversity. This cloud forest landscape holds generations of plant wisdom carried through the forests and fields. We honor the sacred relationship Native peoples have with this land and recognize that Appalachian herbal traditions grow from their original knowledge and stewardship.
